Completed in 2017, the house contains four comfortable and high-quality furnished apartments, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Based on the seven of the world, each apartment is named after an ocean. After about 200 meters walk you can reach the promenade and the Baltic Sea. Other things to note This modern apartment on the ground floor of the house impresses with its good distribution and good quality equipment. With two bedrooms, the apartment can sleep four. The large living room with open kitchen and adjoining dining area is the heart of the apartment. From here you have access to the large west-facing balcony that stretches along the living room to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a big closet, one of them also has a second TV. Two bathrooms are available for your comfort. One has a bathtub, the second a second shower. When decorating the entire apartment, the highest value was placed on quality. For example, you don't need to do without heated towels. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in all rooms. Washer and dryer are available in the basement of the house for a fee (Münzer). Car parking is available on the farm. Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge.
