Sunset Apartment- C02 (Adult Only) Located in the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth and near the baptism site of Jesus Christ in river Jordan. Dead Sea is very rich and unique with its salty water that has therapeutic characteristic, and its mud which is rich with minerals, in addition to the pure oxygen that can boost the quality of sleeping. The sunset apartment is of a high quality apartment surrounded by beautiful destinations and touristic facilities. The space The sunset apartment is within Samarah Dead Sea resort and is a fully furnished and equipped one bedroom apartment. It has a big sunset terrace with stunning views of the Dead Sea and the mountains overlooking the Samarah resort with its swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, and landscaped areas. Samarah resort has a cafeteria and bar that cater to the residents of the resort all through the day. The apartment is close to Samarah mall and it is located in the touristic area of Dead Sea with all the F&B outlets. It is a 10 minute drive to the Baptism site, and a 30 minute drive to the Queen Alia International Airport. Amman is 40 minutes away from the Sunset Apartment. Facilities: The sunset apartment is a luxurious adult only one bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom that has a rain shower, a dryer, and toiletries including beach towels. It has an iron, and laundry facilities. The living area has comfortable couches and a big screen TV with satellite, a receiver, and a home theatre. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the kitchen ware, a fridge, an oven,a toaster, and a kettle. There is a WC serving the living area. The terrace has several seating areas, a big rotating umbrella, and a barbecue. Property policy: ⁃ The apartment is adult only with maximum 2 persons capacity. - Minimum stay is 2 nights. ⁃ The property shall be the responsibility of the tenant after check in. ⁃ In case of any damages, the tenant shall be charged for the damage repair or value. ⁃ Check in is at 2 pm ⁃ Check out is at 12 pm Guest access The guests shall be able to use the whole apartment except for the closed cabinets which contain personal belongings for the landlord. Other things to note There is a dedicated free parking for the apartment. Check in and out shall be through Samarah resort main gate. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, smoking is allowed on the terrace only.
