Larchwood Lodge with Lake Views

Beautiful home nestled among towering trees on 20 acres. Hike the private trails to picnic table at the top. Amazing view of Lake Pend Orielle & Green Monarch Mountains to relish while on the deck, in hot tub or as you relax inside on comfy sofas & gaze through large spanning windows. Fenced garden with fresh goodies ripe for the picking (summer/fall). Soothe your muscles in the crystal clean, salt water hot tub, then cozy up to a crackling fire (wood provided). The space Appreciate the quiet and truly get away! Tranquility with breathtaking views await! All of our beds are new and super comfy! -Main floor has one bedroom with 1 queen (memory topper) and 2 twins. -Upstairs has master suite with king bed. In common area there is one full and one queen futon. Memory topper available for the full futon. -Lower level is also private with 1 queen bed (memory topper) and one twin pull out sofa chair (memory topper in armoire). This room has access to hot tub and TV area. Fully equipped kitchen: Instapot, Crockpot, Ninja food processor, waffle/pancake griddle, Panini maker, & large pantry are added to the other amenities listed. We intentionally do not have wifi/cable to help you get out and enjoy Idaho! Very limited cell service (1-2 bars with Verizon). We have a land line phone for local and emergency calls. There is a large screen TV with DVD and movies to choose from on lower level. Lots of comfortable seating areas to sink into while enjoying one of the many good reads available. A multitude of games are ready for your family to share. -Enjoy our salt water hot tub! Just a note for those unfamiliar with salt water tubs: it is normal for the water to get cloudy after using the jets. Once jets are off for a few minutes the water will clear again. **We ask that you be respectful of the hot tub rules as it is an expensive item to upkeep. We ask for folks to shower off prior to hot tub use as lotions, sunscreens etc. can clog the filters. We also must have NO SELF TANNING on those individuals that use the hot tub. This especially clogs the filters and filtration system and causes hours of extra cleaning and costs. Please NO PETS, glass or food in the hot tub. We greatly appreciate your help on this! Parents please supervise children in the hot tub and help them be aware of the rules. Thank you!! :-) -Help yourself to our garden! Depending on the season we have fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, green onions, a variety of culinary herbs, and grapes! -For winter months chains are strongly recommended for this home as the driveway can get icy despite plowing/sanding. Other things to note -This house has a septic system so please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. -This house is on a radiant floor/gas water system so to give you the longest, hottest showers, it is best to spread the showers out and not run all showers, laundry and dishwasher at the same time :-)
