The 20 m2 room opens onto a balcony with a view of the Vercors, the garden, the pool, facing east. 2- Lapis lazuli, the blue bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a large wall closet, 2 USB A and C sockets, 1 4K 50" HD multimedia TV. The 12 m2 room, with a large window, offers a view of the Vercors, it faces south-east. 3- Rose Quartz, the pink room is equipped with a queen size bed, a large wall closet, 2 USB A and C sockets, 1 4K 50" HD multimedia TV. The 15 m2 room, with a large window, offers a view of Châteaubourg, and the Ardèche, it faces south. 4- Rock Crystal, the children's room is equipped with bunk beds consisting of two 90 X 190 mattresses and a third 90 X 190 mattress in a trundle bed. The 10 m2 room, with a large window, offers views of the hill of Ardèche, it faces northwest. Guest access The Jade House is for rent entirely with its garden, terraces and pool. Possibility to park only 2 vehicles. Other things to note The nightly rate is for 9 guests. Beyond 9 guests, the nightly rate will be increased by €45 per additional guest. Access to the Maison de Jade: Opening the gate by keypad, or remote control, exterior key box, Parking is available for 2 vehicles only.
