This place has a spacious and airy space that is suitable for either couples or a large group of people. Also, you can easily access to everything from this centrally located place. The space The total area of this room is about 70 square meters with a mezzanine for 3 queen sized beds. - This apt is on 2nd Floor of the building with staircase (no lift but you just need to walk 30 seconds to the 2nd floor on a wide and low stair) - This loft is at the main street that just takes you few walks to Backpacker street, Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by many shops, cafeteria and restaurants,... - Free high-speed wifi 24/7 - 43 inch Smart TV - 02 air conditioner - 04 queen sized beds with a comfortable mattress (03 beds on mezzanine and 01 bed below) - The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances with refrigerator, induction cooker, water kettle, dishes, plates, knives, forks,... that you can prepare for your own meal. - 02 bathrooms with water heater, clean towels, shampoo, shower gel and toiletries provided also a washing machine. Other things to note If you arrive to the place after 8pm, please use the key we provided to open the gate then lock it again :D ⚠️ Please kindly help us note the following house rules during your stay at the home: ➖ Do not use any illegal substances (such as nitrous oxide balloons, ketamine, candies, etc.). ➖ No karaoke, no loud music, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 PM, as there are neighboring households nearby. ➖ Do not change, move, or rearrange furniture or equipment. Guests are responsible for compensating the homeowner at current market value for any loss or damage caused. ➖ Do not allow additional guests to stay in the room without prior notice to the homeowner. ➖ Please keep the place clean, dispose of trash in the designated area, and leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use.
