This home is a newly renovated lake house with incredible sunset views. We have a 28ft boat garage on the canal for docking with parking spaces for a trailer and a hydraulic lift to drop your jet skis right in! Plus, we offer two kayaks for you to use. The space 1800 sq ft house, with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. sleeps 10 people comfortably Our kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and utensils you’d need to prepare a home cooked meal, including an air fryer The dining room is good for gatherings and entertaining, as it seats 8 people. You will love the open design and spaciousness of this house. The windows let in a great amount of natural light, making it feel big and bright. the space is very clean, warm and welcoming. guaranteed you will leave our place feeling relaxed and recharged :) please note, the house is kid friendly but not child proof this is also a great place for swimming!! the water is about 5 1/2 ft deep with a ladder on the dock for easy access in and out If you plan on bringing a boat(s) you MUST let us know. The detached garage is not available for use.
