The accommodation is on the ground floor and is always very bright and friendly due to the corner location, the 4 meter high ceilings and the many windows. The light oak parquet provides additional comfort. The apartment has two bedrooms and a huge living room with two spacious sofa beds (L/W: 240x110cm) and oak floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The complete equipment of the apartment has been deliberately chosen to be very high quality. It has DELUXE KING-Size box spring beds (180cm x 200cm) in hotel quality, a 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed WiFi and many other amenities. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this historic old building. BATH: The spacious feel-good bathroom is completely new and has a walk-in shower. Of course we also provide fresh towels and all important things like shower gel & shampoo. WORK: The apartment is also ideal for working there. We offer high-speed WiFi in the apartment. PARKING SPOT: There is a paid parking lot directly opposite the Stadthaus. The daily fee is EUR 5 from Monday to Friday. Parking is free on weekends. Guest access The old building is reserved exclusively for your stay. Other things to note BED LINEN We provide high-quality hotel-grade bed linen and towels free of charge. You’ll also receive a welcome set with coffee and tea. Check-in / Security Notice: To protect our guests and the property, we use a short verification/screening process via TRUVI for certain bookings (e.g., a plausibility check of contact/booking details). Depending on the booking, additional information and/or proof of identity may be requested. This usually takes only a few minutes. You will receive the details/link directly after booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €250 is required for this property. The amount will be temporarily reserved before arrival as a credit card authorization (place hold) (no charge will be made unless damage occurs). The deposit is typically fully released/refunded within 10 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damages have been found.
