Guest access Guests renting the entire Lodge have: -Full access to the lodge, including commercial kitchen, great room & downstairs patio. -Shared access to our bar/café, The Watering Hole (private rental available). -Shared access to 50 acres of land – hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails right from your doorstep. Additional private event spaces can be added to your stay — just message us for details! Other things to note -The lodge is available for year-round stays — snow, sun, or stars. -Cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit listed under “House Rules”. This includes a $750 refundable damage deposit for all bookings - this will be charged as an additional fee once you book, and is fully refundable following your stay if no additional cleaning is needed, there is no damage to the property, and you do not exceed the 20 person max capacity (unless previously agreed upon with the host)! -Guests are not permitted to sleep in cars outside of the lodge.
