Minicasa 2 ideal for working in Tumbaco

Beautiful house, with parking, located in the Tumbaco Valley, independent, comfortable, just 20 minutes from Quito and 20 minutes from the Airport, with a large green space full of large avocado trees, fully equipped, with a green area for a barbecue, and children's area, located 5 minutes from the Sound Garden, 10 minutes from Santa Maria Supermarket, and Super Aki, and Supermaxi, and 20 minutes on foot from Scala Shopping, everything is close and you can get around on foot. The space The house is decorated in the Nordic style, and has some paintings painted by me, inside the decoration, it has two double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
