Casa do Mercado - Aveiro most photographed house!

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week). The space 30 seconds walk from the typical 'Moliceiros' and the lagoon that gives life to the city and 15 min from the beautiful train station, this house has lots of light and has been totally refurbished and decoreted. This space is great for its location, you can go on foot everywhere, the light, the sun all day long, the decoration, the restaurants and coffee shops just nearby and the canal light that enters through the window. Guest access Kitchen, open living room with dining table, 2 shower bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, all the windows with canal view. Other things to note There are a mini-market, a butchery and a fresh-fish market just 30 seconds walk from the house. Breakfast is not included, although there are coffee shops and bakeries just around the corner. When you arrive at Aveiro by train or car send us a message or a give us a call, so we can arrive at the same time as you to the house.
