New! Private Guest Suite Home Away From Home!

Enjoy the comfort of a private space to relax and explore a bit of outdoor adventure. Minutes to the beach. Waterfront direct access to canal that leads to Rose Bay. Boat dock out front. Bring your fishing poles, kayaks or paddle boards to enjoy a fun-filled adventure outside. Kayaks are also provided. Small kitchenette inside and private bathroom included. Private entrance and front patio. Bring your favorite food to grill on BBQ. Clean and comfortable home away from home! The space This private suite is located on the side of our house with its own private entrance and private front patio. It is still part of the house but there is no access to the house from inside the suite. It is 100% private. There is a twin size bed with a twin trundle underneath. Extra bedsheets and blankets are provided as well. In front of the house there is a canal with our private dock you are welcome to use and take your kayak or paddle board out to Rose Bay. You can also fish right on the dock as well if you’d like. We provide kayaks as well to borrow in case you don’t have one. There is a small kitchenette. You’ll find everything you need for cooking, eating utensils, dishes, cups and mugs, microwave, blender, toaster and a Keurig coffeemaker. Keurig coffee is provided. We also have a full sized fridge, so bring as much or as little food as you want! We have a gas grill outside of the suite, you’re more than welcome to use, which also has all of the cooking utensils you’ll need to grill. Our oven does not work, but we do have an electric stovetop on top of our stove to use for all of your cooking needs. Everything you need in the bathroom is provided! Body soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels! This suite already has central AC, but in case it is too warm, you’re welcome to use the AC unit attached to the wall to make the room cooler. Cleaning supplies are provided. Guest access Guest parking space is provided at the end of the driveway next to the mailbox. Up to 2 guest parking spaces. The suite entrance is gated around the side of the house. Other things to note We have dogs in our backyard. But you will have your own privacy and private space, so no need to worry about dogs being around you.
