Our home is also a ~10-15 minute drive to Yale, Quinnipiac University- North Haven Campus and easily accessible to I-95, I-91, major shopping, and shoreline beaches. Also, centrally located and a short drive to New Haven, Guilford, and Branford attractions! In addition to spacious rooms each with its own bathroom, renters will also enjoy access to a hot tub during winter months (if desired), a U- shaped kitchen with bar seating area, LR with large TV, and comfy loft area for additional reading, lounging or listening to music! The home is also equipped with high-speed wifi and off-street parking. Minutes to Yale, New Haven, Guilford restaurants, and Branford beaches, guests have a plethora of entertainment options! Please note, we (hosts) live here along with our two loveable Labradoodles, Buster and Wilma, who will greet you at the door. Guest access Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and allows guest access to the common areas, which include kitchen with bar, LR, washer and dryer, loft lounging/sitting area, and pool table room. Please note occasional visitors are fine, but over-occupancy may result in eviction. Upon entering the home, there is a 15 step flight of stairs to the first floor. BR #1 on the 1st floor has a queen-sized bed, loveseat with ottoman, closet with built-in drawers, and large bathroom. An additional 11 step flight of stairs leads to BR #2. BR#2 has a queen bed with a leather lazy boy chair, ottoman dresser, large closet and skylights. The loft area is easily accessed by BR#2 and its bathroom. Each bedroom includes: Queen bed and sheets Dressers Free Wifi Smart - TV with basic cable and Roku Bath amenities- soap, toilet paper, towels and hair dryer During your stay I live on the property and I'm available for questions at anytime. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming for a change in pace or setting, but out of respect to the others in the house, NO PARTIES- Thank you! PARKING: There is off-street parking available for 2 cars, one per bedroom. Additional off-street parking is available for additional vehicles upon request. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. SECURITY: Each room has a lock and key. For security reasons, there are audio/video cameras on the outside of the house. My husband has garages and has them there for added security. PETS: No pets allowed, as we have 2 Labradoodles who are not used to sharing space with other furry friends. Thanks for understanding! Property Maintenance/COVID 19 precautions: The house is professionally cleaned biweekly and prior to and after each stay (cleaners will not enter your bedroom area while occupied, just common areas), please notify me if there is any mishap that requires a cleaning sooner than expected. Masks are supplied, as well as, cleaners and purell hand sanitizer. Also, please do not put holes in or place frames on the wall. I have provided a list of amenities included in the BR/bathroom. If you need something that is not listed, you have to buy them and understand I will not reimburse you.
