The space This deluxe oceanfront duplex is one of the most exceptional properties in Myrtle Beach, offering breathtaking Atlantic views, outstanding privacy, and plenty of space for families or groups. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Three oceanfront bedrooms are located downstairs, including two king beds and one queen bed. One of the bedrooms features a trundle bed that has an additional twin to accommodate two people. Upstairs, you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The owner lives in a small, separate upstairs apartment; however, all guest areas—including the entire downstairs, the upstairs guest bedroom and bath, and all outdoor spaces—are completely private and exclusively for your use during your stay. Linens now included, you only need to provide towels for the pool/beach! Step outside to enjoy your own private oceanfront pool and hot tub, reserved solely for your group—no sharing with anyone else. The spa is heated, while the pool is not. Additional outdoor amenities include an oceanfront covered porch, a spacious patio with a gas grill and designated outdoor grilling area, outdoor shower, a putting green, and plenty of loungers to soak up the sun poolside. Inside, the home offers a comfortable living area with a large-screen TV and features TVs in every bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator make whipping up any meal a breeze. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and an extra refrigerator for beverages and snacks. This is a non-smoking home and onsite parking is available for up to 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Fish may not be prepared indoors but may be cooked on the outdoor grill.
