The house is across the street from snowmobile trail 454 and one block east of m123, see pics of maps. Very close to town and a perfect homebase to snowmobile, side X side and sightseeing. Pictured Rocks and Tahquamenon Falls within a 40 minute drive. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected as a loft area with 4 beds. Has ample parking on my lot next door for trucks with trailers. There is a low level correctional facility across the street. No pets allowed. Other things to note there is a attached 2 car garage for parking. The wood stove can not be used because the insurance wouldn't insure the house if we allowed guests to use it
