Villa Beckmann for 4 or more people

Our spacious listed vacation villa is three-story and offers plenty of space for your vacation – it invites you to linger. There are 160 sqm at your disposal.On the 2nd floor there are two more sleeping rooms available if necessary. Around 1900 it was built here between the old city walls and Kinzig. It is located just 400 metres from the historic market square, with a view of the monastery complex, Kinzigtorturm and Kinzig. Almost everyone who sees the house falls in love at first sight. The space A large, beautiful, almost secluded garden, in which there is a wine-covered gazebo, surrounds the house. In the entrance area of the hallway there is still the original tiled stove. By opening a sliding door, the hallway can be connected to the living room. This creates a generous space in the entrance area. On cooler evenings, a Swedish stove provides a pleasant cozy atmosphere. Both from the living room and from the hallway you enter the dining room. Whether for a full breakfast, a nice dinner together or planning the next excursions, it is wonderfully suitable. The conservatory serves as an additional exit to the garden. The large kitchen is fully furnished for 9 people. From the kitchen you can reach a bathroom with shower and toilet. Another toilet is located in the area of the back entrance. Guest access There is a possibility to store bicycles in the saddle. Other things to note The tourist tax is 2,30€ per person (from 16 years) and night, in the low season 1,70€. The tourist tax includes a cone card. An exact plan for which the cone map applies is available. For example, it entitles you to free train and bus travel in the area, to visit the Gengenbach swimming pool for free, to visit numerous museums. If necessary, cleaning and towels can be changed during the stay for a fee.
