This house is located in port Marina Port Zélande, directly next to Center Parts Port Zélande with all its facilities. Directly next to Lake Grevelingen and less than 10 min walk to the beach. Great for all kind of watersport. We offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area. Dishwasher, oven are coffee machine are available. There are 2 outside areas: a spacious terrace with dining table next to living room and a balcony next to bedroom. The space The luxury apartment has a stylish and cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, nescafe and oven/microwave. Furthermore, there are three comfortable bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms in the house. A separate toilet and a laundry room with washing and drying machine are also available. The house has a lovely full width private terrace, adjacent to 1 of the bedrooms on the ground floor and a sunny roof terrace adjacent to the living room on the 1st floor of the house. This beautiful roof terrace features a lounge area, a sunbed and a large dining table. Again, you will enjoy wonderful views and the sun as you relax and unwind! Other things to note For stays of at least 1 week, bed linen and towels are included (otherwise can be booked as an option for 16.50 pp)
