We offer you a high-quality furnished apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach. Directly on the The space Warnemünde promenade, the old beach villa "Undine" was completely modernized in the 90s. The beach access is just across the road. Bus stop and shopping are within a few minutes' walk. The exclusive apartment "Meerzeit" on the 2nd floor has a large living room with dining table, TV/radio/DVD and cozy electric fireplace, free Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed (2nd TV, children's travel bed without mattress, without bedding and a high chair are available), fitted kitchen with everything that goes with it, wellness bath with tub/whirlpool, top shower, bidet and hairdryer as well as a separate guest toilet. In the small storage room you will find a washer/dryer. There are also 2 balconies with magnificent sea views. In the fitted kitchen there is a stove with ceramic stovetop as a combination unit with grill, microwave, oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle are of course available. The apartment is fully equipped with tile/marble floors and reserved for non-smokers. A private parking space in the house is available free of charge. You can easily reach your apartment via the in-house elevator (not suitable for wheelchair users). The initial equipment of the apartment includes a linen package per person, (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, dishes, shower mat). In the same house you can also rent our apartments "Caroline" and "Achterdeck". Restaurants, shops, bike rental, beach, promenade etc. all right around the corner.
