Villa Alle Mignole is the ideal place for families or groups that want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, among the gentle and quiet Umbrian hills within a short distance from all its major art cities and its characteristic medieval villages. The swimming pool, resembling a BioLake, makes it a very attractive venue for families with children as its large shallow areas are very safe for kids to play while also allowing adults to freshen up and sunbathe at the same time. The space The villa features 4 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a french size bed and 4 sofa beds and can accommodate up to 16 people. In the villa there are 4 fully accessorized kitchens and 4 bathrooms with shower. Outdoors a large and spacious garden allows our guests to enjoy a great deal of privacy and thanks to its flat layout makes playing some sports easy and pleasant. Thanks to the many porches it's possible to eat al fresco without worrying about wind and shade. The eco-friendly "lake-like" swimming pool with naturally sanitized water makes our villa a one of a kind. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole villa the garden and the outdoor swimming pool. We live in the house nearby and will be always available to assist. Other things to note To make your stay even more unforgettable, we offer you the home chef service. Enjoy the authenticity of local recipes prepared by an expert chef, without worrying about having to cook or clean up after dinner. You can enjoy the pleasures of our local cuisine in the comfort of your villa. You can decide whether to request: - An aperitif at sunset by the pool - A BBQ night with biological local meat, - A pizza party - A dinner based on prized local truffles. It is also possible to order an intercontinental breakfast. At check-in guests shall pay for a refundable damage deposit of 400 €, the amount will be returned upon check-out if no damages occurred . ONLY FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS (from the beginning of October till the end of March) Heating has to be paid separately on the spot (cash or credit card) and will be factored upon consumption at the market rate applied during the stay.
