Located in a quiet neighborhood, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is super cozy and offers great social/entertainment opportunities in every space. Enjoy all the many attractions Houston has to offer while lodging in a clean and comfortable environment. This home is owner managed to ensure you have everything needed for your stay, whether it is for business or pleasure. The space This property is comprised of 3 separate patio style areas, offering a cozy and private atmosphere perfect for a little outdoor R&R. The house itself, provides plenty of room and is designed to provide a comfortable stay for you and your family/friends. We are located in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of shopping and dining options. Access to shared community amenities such as a swimming pool, charcoal grill, and tennis court, are also provided during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor areas. Access to community pool and tennis court is also included. The garage is currently unavailable for use. Other things to note When not followed, the hot tub will require an empty and refill. If this process is necessary after your stay due to not following the care instructions, a $55 fee will be charged. Packages can be sent to the house by any carrier other than USPS. Mail box access is not available for guests. We do provide a number of amenities for you to use during your stay. However, once used, you are responsible for additional supplies.
