The space In the condominium, the guest has the convenience of a full 24-hour Mini-market on the ground floor near the entrance. The space consists of a bedroom, a living room with a bench and ottomans and an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony in a total area of 35m2. In the space, the guest has a work or study area, closet, shoe rack, sofa with a privileged view of the city of São Paulo. The glass enclosure on the balcony and two curtains, one of which is blackout, give the guest greater comfort by canceling out noise and external light. The new Refrigerator, Microwave, Washer and Dryer, Air-Conditioning, Hairdryer, Hair Straightener, and Amazon Alexa Bluetooth sound system are at your disposal.
