The house has two bedrooms, which are located in the basement. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). Both bedrooms have pleated blinds to darken the rooms. The cosy sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The highlight of the semi-detached holiday home is the 17 m² roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Outside of the school holidays in Schleswig-Holstein, renovation work is currently being carried out on the sewer system in the surrounding streets.
