Bedrm 1 sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child on trundle bed Bedrm 2 can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children on bunks Sofa bed in living room can sleep another person. Strictly no smoking in the house. The space Guests have full use of the first floor of the house. The ground floor is not included in the rental arrangements. As this is a first floor stay, with stairs, we regret it is not wheelchair accessible.
