Nestled in an idyllic low mountain landscape, Bad Sooden-Allendorf is the pearl of the Werra Valley - located in North Hesse on the border of Thuringia and Lower Saxony. The spa town is characterized by beautiful half-timbered buildings and numerous trails for hikes and bike tours. The lovingly landscaped spa park, the Gradierwerk and the Werrataltherme invite you to relax and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot from the apartment as well as the pedestrian zone with its cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Located in the district of Sooden, the apartment has 3 rooms, which extend over 90 square meters. Quietly located in a one-way street, the apartment is located on the first floor of our house and was completely renovated in spring/summer 2021. With two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living/dining room with sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower, it offers enough space for up to 6 people. Followed by the living area is a large balcony that offers a magnificent view of the Söder Forest. The price per night for two people is €60 incl. Bed linen and towels once per person per stay. Each extra person will be charged at €15/night. Final cleaning 40€. Spa card= 3.60 per person per day will be charged on site!!! Arrival and departure day are considered one day, children up to 10 years are free, children from 10 to 14 years pay 50% The following cancellation policy will apply: Four months up to 30 days before the trip: 20% of the trip price 29 to 22 days: 35% of the travel price 21 to 15 days: 50% of the travel price 14 days to one day: 75% of the travel price up to four months before the start of the trip, a flat-rate processing fee of €15 is due Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
