The Den pampers its guests with bespoke amenities including a dedicated butler, delectable all-day dining options, and curated experiences tailored to your desires. It's a tropical haven where warmth and top-notch services are woven into every corner. The free-flowing indoor spaces are ornamented with classy yet swanky furnishings, sloping high ceilings and well-cushioned seating areas. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - Walking through this home is like walking into an oasis of your own. This peaceful abode houses 7 well-furnished bedrooms - 6 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - All bedrooms boast a spectrum of modern furnishings, rimless mirrors and separate seating areas. - Each bedroom is furnished with an array of amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, wardrobe and Wi-Fi access. - Each bedroom opens up to an ensuite bathroom, equipped with all the essentials. - 4 bedrooms open up directly to the pool. BATHROOMS - There are 7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - Step into a private haven, brimming with plentiful amenities, utmost privacy and echoing silence. - As you walk through the gates of this home, the walking path will lead you to the main villa on your right and the commercial kitchen on your left. - The expansive drawing room boasts a sloping ceiling, glimmering chandeliers, and plush furnishings. - It is embellished with soothing yet luxuriant hues, and lavish sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 14 people. - It is equipped with amenities such as a 72-inch TV, Wi-Fi, and a wired music system. - The artsy dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. - Head upstairs to free space, ideal for lounging, unwinding and relaxing amidst the surreal panoramas of Karjat. - In a separate unit is the designated games room, equipped with a multitude of indoor games including a pool table and foosball. - The in-house library is perfect for all readers - it features a curated collection of books of all genres. OUTDOOR AREAS - As you wander through the property, you will come across many cosy nooks, blissful gazebos and unmatchable serenity. - This luxurious holiday home boasts sprawling gardens, 25,000 and 10,000 sq. ft. in size, ideal for leisurely morning strolls amidst the refreshing breeze. - Embellished with a gazebo with seating space for up to 10 people, days here are punctuated by sweet birdsongs. - There is a lush green designated turf, perfect for all outdoor enthusiasts! - Guests can enjoy and relax in the massive L-shaped private swimming pool, 50x50 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth. - Alongside the pool is the poolside bar where guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails. - The jacuzzi is attached to the pool, ideal for de-stressing soak. KITCHEN - There is a commercial kitchen and an open pantry on the premises, guests have access to the open pantry for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2100 per person, per day. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day, inclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the commercial kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day, inclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. This is a blissful getaway lodged amidst verdant greenery and ample experiences. Days here begin with a beautiful morning walk in the gardens, whilst your loved ones enjoy a game of tennis on the turf. The many indoor spaces make for ideal hangout spots. Come evening, head over to the private swimming pool for a relaxing soak whilst you savour the serene landscapes around. During the winter, the jacuzzi is at your disposal. The lounging space makes for an ideal hang-out spot. Head over to the designated games room and indulge in an evening of gaming. Snuggle with a book to read in the gazebo. Relish an elaborate barbecue spread. Request for the projector to be set up and end the day with a night of binging your favourite movies. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue meal is available at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please not that the Theatre Room is available on a complimentary basis for up to 3 hours per day. Usage beyond this will be charged at Rs. 1500 + GST per hour, with a maximum continuous usage of 3 hours followed by a mandatory 1-hour break before resuming on chargeable basis. - The location of the villa is secluded. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
