The spacious semi-detached house "Landliebe" is located in the idyllic artist village of Oldsum on the North Sea island of Föhr. Due to the quiet location in a small side street on the edge of the marsh and the large garden behind the house, it offers the ideal place to relax. With around 100 m² of living space and the spacious layout, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The cozy rooms have just been furnished and newly equipped with a lot of love for detail. On the ground floor there is the bright and spacious living room, which merges into a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the hallway there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. For entertainment, there is a high-quality music system with Bluetooth connection, a TV with Blu-ray player and many games and books in the living room. An Internet Wi-Fi connection is of course also set up. From the living room and the dining area you can reach the terrace facing two sides and the adjacent 200 m², overgrown garden with its ideal south/west orientation. Garden furniture, two garden loungers and a beach chair invite you to relax. The house also includes two parking spaces. The upper floor offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, another spacious room with two single beds and a second spacious shower room with toilet. Both bathrooms have windows. Accessories such as a crib and high chair are provided if required. The original artists' village of Oldsum is characterized by many Frisian thatched houses, galleries and studios. There are two small cafes. For daily needs, there is an Edeka grocery store on site, which you can easily reach on foot. The nearest beach is about 4 km away in Utersum and is easily accessible by bike or car. If you arrive by train, we offer a free transfer from the ferry to the house.
