Immersed in chestnut forests and surrounded by magnificent mountain and sea views. Only 5 minutes' drive to Massa centre (10 minutes by bus) and 15 minutes to the beaches. At 300 m above sea level, with a lovely garden, the place is cool in the summer heat, but warm during the winter. If you would like to enjoy sunny beach life during the day and cool mountain breeze back at home in the evening, our holiday home is just right for you. The Province of Massa-Carrara is situated on the border with Liguria. From our holiday home, you can explore Tuscan popular sightseeing spots like Firenze, Pisa, Lucca and even enjoy Lerici, Portovenere and Cinque Terre in a day trip. This holiday home is also great staging post for mountain climbers, mountain bike enthusiasts and hikers who love forest trails and walks. Plenty of nature to see and a lovely stream to cool off in is nearby. This holiday home is developed over two floors. The first floor has a terrace and kitchen. Upstairs in an open plan style, one finds a spacious double bed, and a comfortable sofa which folds into a double bed in the lounge. It is all one large room upstairs(There's no wall/ door between the bedroom and the lounge). Then in a separate room is a small, but neat and functional bathroom with shower. This holiday home is ideal for couples, even with max 2 small children, or max 4 adults who do not mind sharing the one large room upstairs. - Free internet wifi - We speak English and Japanese. - Self Catering - Best in town Pizzeria within 10 minutes walk. - Two grocery stores within walking distance - Two cafe's / bars within walking distance. - Only 40 minutes' drive/train ride to Pisa airport - Only 1 h to Florence - Pets considered. The place is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. We have reserved car park on the village road, less than 5 minutes walk from the property. Guest access Car essential. Other things to note 1) Please note that our Bedroom(double bed for 2 persons) and the Lounge(sofa bed for 2 persons) are set on the same floor(upstairs), open style. There's no door/wall in between. 2) For pet owners, please note garden in front of the property is not fenced. You must keep your pet(s) in the house or on the terrace. 3) TV channel selection is limited. Rai (Italian) & BBC(English) only. Not suitable for TV fans. Wifi works in good condition.
