It features a good size bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living area with a sofa bed, and a private patio. The open-plan living space includes a cozy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The patio also offers a shaded dining area — perfect for enjoying meals while overlooking the lush garden. The bedroom has air conditioning, while the living area and patio are equipped with ceiling fans to keep things cool. You'll find one smart TV in the bedroom, and strong fiber-optic Wi-Fi that’s ideal for remote work, including Zoom and Teams calls. As a digital nomad myself, I understand the importance of a reliable internet connection. The apartment also includes a private washing machine, making it a convenient and self-sufficient space. Fresh linens, towels, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. For stays longer than two weeks, I also offer a complimentary cleaning upon request. Other things to note While we provide strong and reliable fiber-optic Wi-Fi, power or internet outages can occur in Las Terrenas due to local infrastructure — these are quite common and unfortunately beyond our control. The residence does not have a backup generator. Which means when power cuts occur, the apartment does not have power, or internet. Unlike many apartments in the area, electricity is fully included in the price — there is no extra charge — but we kindly ask guests to use it responsibly, especially when running the A/C. Excessive A/C use may still incur an additional charge. As is typical in the Caribbean, insects like ants, spiders, or the occasional cockroach may appear despite a high standard of cleanliness and regular pest control. The apartment is located in a peaceful, gated residential complex. We ask that guests respect quiet hours and treat the space with care.
