Come and relax at The Parkway. It's a cozy and comfortable spot. It includes a STL Cardinal themed bedroom. A 14 min drive from downtown St. Louis, The Arch and Busch Stadium. It's a 19 min drive to the World Wide Tech Raceway located in Madison, IL. We're close to the local hospitals, Scott Air Force Base, St. Clair Square Shopping Mall, Sky View Drive - In and The Metro Link. The space There is a quick keyless entry into The Parkway. The living room has a dedicated office space, a Smart Roku TV and plenty of novels for guests to read at their leisure. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need to cook a full meal. Coffee, Tea, Snacks and drinks are available. There's a Kuerig and a Black and Decker coffee maker. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower, sink and mirror. The primary bedroom has a Smart Roku TV, a side table with a charging station and a Cool Memory foam mattress. All extra supplies can be found in this bedroom. The back patio has patio furniture and a tranquil pond view. There's parking in the back for a large trailer or 2 vehicles. Additional parking on the side of the gate. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house excluding the pantry in the kitchen. Guests will enter The Parkway thru the back entry way. Guests will be provided with a code to enter into a keyless lock at The Parkway 24 hours prior to their arrival. Other things to note No parties. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. You're welcome to smoke on the patio and outside the home. Note the lake is private and you can't swim or fish in it. But you can enjoy the view.
