Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces & easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. The Big Chill, formerly known as the Hub, a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays all types of sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops, including Luke Bryan’s new cigar shop, are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park. Other things to note Parking on the street is prohibited at Prominence. Please park in your designated parking spot(s). INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Guests of this vacation condo rental will find all information about their unit within the Panhandle Getaways APP. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. NOTE: The free activities and bike rentals offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie, at least 48 hours in advance. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Valid for stays less than 28 days. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions. GOLF CART RENTALS - Starting March 1, 2022 Golf cart rentals by 30A Gulf Carts are permitted within the Prominence neighborhood. The rental of these carts is first come, first serve with limited availability. No other golf carts are permitted in Prominence other than 30A Gulf Cart rentals or carts owned by homeowners. Information on how to reserve your golf cart can be found in our app. Please note: Pool heated seasonally is subject to change at any time by the HOA for the community. Panhandle Getaways is not responsible for any change in seasonal heating of the one pool in Prominence. No refunds for any change to pool heated seasonally. Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.
