The approx. 54 sqm ground floor apartment includes a large living and sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The sleeping area is equipped with a 1.8m wide box spring bed. The living area includes a cozy sitting area, a sideboard with a selection of books and games, and a flat screen TV. There is also a garden house to store bicycles, and a terrace. For separate bookings, the apartments each have their own entrance with hallway area. The keys are handed over via a key box. Code will be provided a few days before arrival. Other things to note In the house there are two separate holiday apartments. In addition to the "Groten Koje", there is the "Lüttje Koje". Both apartments are for 2 persons each. Each apartment has its own entrance with fur area. A contactless vacation is possible. The house is a non-smoking accommodation, animals are not allowed.
