With 75 square meters of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a small terrace, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The central area of this apartment is the cooking and dining area with the large cooking island and the adjoining counter with four comfortable bar stools. The very spacious living area is particularly flooded with light thanks to the window and the double patio door. From the living room, you can access the adjoining courtyard directly via the terrace. The space Located in the middle of the idyllic old town of Heppenheim, on the southern Hessian mountain road, you will stay comfortably in one of the eight apartments in the historic half-timbered house, which was completely renovated in 2022. Around 1820, the property was first built for a tobacco factory, later used as a department store and for private housing. With a lot of commitment to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special character and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us in this sense.
