This is the 2-room Wittow apartment on the ground floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed with two more sleeping places. In the living room is the kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The apartment is equipped with cable TV and has a balcony. The space Apartments for 2 to 6 people, 36 sqm to 60 sqm, are rented in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on Rügen. The house is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort and was built in the style of Rügen's spa architecture about a hundred years ago and completely renovated in 2007. Sellin is located in the South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve between the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin. Wilhelmstraße, the central promenade with its beautifully renovated spa-style houses, leads directly to the beach with the famous pier and is only one parallel street away. The beach is about 900 m away and a bakery can be found in the same street only 50 m away. A parking space is available free of charge for each guest. On the large adjoining property you can relax, barbecue or play table tennis. After a walk on the beach, a bike ride or a ride on the "Rasender Roland", you can warm up by the fireplace in the cold season. Dogs and other pets are welcome after prior registration. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Furthermore, a balcony or terrace is available for each apartment. The garden including the barbecue areas, the ping pong table and the bicycle shed is available for all guests to use. Other things to note We have installed a wallbox that you can use after prior registration and payment of a deposit. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or terrace. Please think of the guests who come after you. Linens and towels can be provided for 27 EUR per person. The linen package must be booked before arrival, otherwise the provision cannot be guaranteed. The ping pong table in the garden is available to everyone. In the chamber in the main house in front of the rear exit on the right there are ping-pong balls, rackets, other toys and cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop). The bicycle shed can be used to park bicycles, strollers or handcarts. Two barbecue areas are available in the garden. We regularly provide charcoal in the bicycle shed. Please leave the grill clean.
