Master Suite - Close to Beach

Belize Budget Suites, is located on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye, off the mainland coast of Belize. We’re located about 1.5 miles South of San Pedro (& the Island Airstrip & Water Taxi terminals). This equates to about a 10 minute drive from the airstrip (or water taxi terminals) to the property. The property backs to a littoral jungle, and is surrounded by tropical gardens. The beach can be accessed by a 1-2 minute walk from the property. The space MASTER SUITE – 2 Bedroom Suite (1 Queen Bed / 2-Twin Beds) Sleeps 5 (555 sq. feet of living area (2 Bedroom) Suite #10) The Master Suite is approximately 555 square feet of living space. There is a two shared bedrooms, bath, kitchenette and living area for you to enjoy. One bedroom comes with (1) queen size bed, and the second bedroom comes with (2) twin beds. All together, the suite sleeps (4) people comfortably. A fifth person can be accommodated on the futon couch in the living-room. Each bed is covered with a jaguar print comforter, and all suites are decorated in a Belizean theme décor. Suites can be accessed by an exterior door, adjacent to an exterior walkway. The suite has a split air conditioning unit, which makes sleeping at night enjoyable. The room comes with a (5) drawer dresser, flat screen television, iron, ironing board, full length mirror and closet. Guest access GUEST ACCESS Upon entering the property, you will have access to the parking area, the lawn & gardens (out front), exterior walkways, corridors and stairs. There is five suites located on the bottom floor, and five suites located on the second floor. Smoking is not permitted inside the suites, but is allow on the exterior walkways.
