This beautiful home offers over 2,800 square feet of living, gaming and relaxing space for you and your family or friends to enjoy a great Florida vacation. This newly furnished villa is located as a perfect vacation retreat only 5 MINUTES from Disney World in the secure, gated Emerald Island Resort community. DISNEY MAGIC is the closest resort home to Walt Disney World and is a treat for those vacationers who demand luxury amenities in a Florida vacation villa. The home is designed for large families, family reunions, large groups of Disney/Universal vacationers, or 8 to 12 avid golfers looking for Florida area Golf Villas. We offer Express check in. Guests will be emailed an entry code so they can check in direct. This means there is no need for you to collect keys from an office. You can start your vacation straight away. The keypad is located near the front door. The code to open the door will be provided in the check in details. Please note there will be $20 resort fee you need to pay per car by resort. It will give you access a card for fast lane access. Resort gate access cards serve as your passport around Emerald Island. You’ll need one to have a vehicle on property as well as access the amenities throughout the Resort. One card is required per vehicle.( This is not our fee this is the resorts fee) This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 1 x dishwashing capsule, 1 x trash bag. As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault No BBQ grill is provided at this home, however we can order a 4 ring gas BBQ from an external supplier. The gas BBQ comes with a full tank of propane gas. The fee is $95 for a 4 ring This home is NOT pet friendly This Villa is Located in Emerald Island Resort which is gated Community located on Disney's doorstep Surrounded by conservation area. It is in Heavily wooded area so presence of Flies, Bees and Palmetto Bugs which can flies in house if door kept open. It has nothing to do with cleaning. For your comfortable and as per florida high temp the thermostat will set up at 75 All guests must complete a booking form and agree to AirBnB terms and conditions.
