Our wooden house, newly built in 2015, offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Bungalow with about 55 m² of living space with a cozy terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful garden. The property is completely fenced. The space The house is composed as follows: The living space Cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, satellite dish with all German programs, JBL docking station. The house DE BLAUWE REIGER has central heating and can therefore be booked very well even in the cold season. The beds • Bedroom: 1 large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) • Children's room: 1 bunk bed The kitchen: A fully equipped and open kitchen with refrigerator / ***freezer, 4-plate gas stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee pad machine, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for your culinary catering on vacation. The Bathroom The bathroom, newly renovated in 2019, impresses with its spaciousness and now with a great rain shower. Garden / terrace: A sunny and beautifully landscaped terrace with a stone barbecue, various seating options, sun loungers and parasol. The property is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. The lake, the Groote Vliet with a jetty are only about 50 meters on foot. Guest access – Shared laundry room with washing machines & dryers (washing tokens can be purchased from the site management.) Other things to note There are additional costs on site: Environmental tax - 3.5 euros per person from 18 years per night (to be paid in cash on site). Final cleaning - 60 euros (to be paid in cash on site). Deposit of 150 euros to be paid in cash on site (will be refunded at the departure. Gas - 10 euros per day (from 11/01 to 03/31) You can bring the bed linen (duvet covers) and towels or rent them on site for 15 euros per person.
