Our newly built wooden house in 2015 offers you really everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Bungalow with approx. 55 sqm living space with cozy terrace with garden furniture and beautiful garden. The property is fully fenced. The space The house is composed as follows: The living room Cozy sofa, flat screen TV, satellite dish with all German programs, JBL – Docking Station. The house DE BLAUWE REIGER has central heating and can therefore also be booked very well during the cold season. The beds • Bedroom: 1 large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) • Children's room: 1 bunk bed The kitchen: A fully equipped and open kitchen with fridge / ***freezer, 4-burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee pad machine, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, toaster, kettle and with everything you need for your culinary meals on holiday. The bathroom: Newly renovated in 2019, the bathroom convinces with its generosity and from now on with a great rain shower. Garden / terrace: A sunny and beautifully landscaped terrace with a stone barbecue, various seating, sun loungers and parasol. The property is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. To the lake, the Groote Vliet with a bathing jetty is only about 50 meters on foot. Guest access – Shared laundry room with washers & dryers (laundry brands can be purchased from the space management.) Other things to note There are additional costs on site: Environmental tax - 3.5 euros per person from 18 years per night(to be paid in cash on site). Final cleaning-60 euros ( to be paid in cash on site). Deposit 150 euros to be paid in cash (will be refunded on departure). Gas -10 Euro per day (from 01.11 to 31.03) Bed linen(duvet covers) and towels can be brought or rented on site for 15 euros per person. There are additional costs on site: Visitor's tax - 3.5 euros per person over 18 years per night to be paid in cash on site. Final cleaning-60 euros to be paid in cash on site.
