Our country house can accommodate up to 22 people on 400sqm divided into 3 apartments. The yard is perfect for classes, large family reunions or seminars. Animals are welcome and have a fenced property to romp around on almost half a hectare. In addition, there is a bathing barrel and sauna on the property. Our country house It is possible to rent the whole country farm with its over 400 square meters. This offers 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms. In total, there is room for up to 22 adults. Please give us a call to discuss more details. Outdoor facilities: The Landhof is located on a plot of about 5,000 square meters and fully fenced. There are private parking spaces, 3 beautiful terraces to relax, a small playground for children, an infrared sauna (this is also great for the immune system for children) and a bathtub with integrated wood-burning stove. Charcoal grills are also available for your physical well-being. (Charcoal is not provided and must be procured on your own) There is also an outdoor toilet so you do not have to go through the whole house. In Ganschendorf itself, there is a beautiful romantic pond a few meters away as the crow flies. A few hundred meters away is the quiet and idyllically located Ganschendorfer Lake (also called Schwarzer See) with a dog beach. The area literally invites you to take a walk, where you can also have a cozy picnic. Here the Fischtreppe [Fish Steps] offer a beautiful excursion destination. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. Apartment Landhof Eichelblick The apartment has 200 sqm of living space, spread over 3 large bedrooms with a bathroom with bath and shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen area extends over 70 square meters. The apartment would be completely renovated and offers relaxation at the highest level. The apartment can accommodate 6 adults. (A larger number of people on request) Apartment Landhof Walnut Tree The apartment can accommodate 6 adults (larger number of people on request) and is divided into 130 sqm as follows: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment, like the whole house, was completely renovated in February 2023. Landhof cottage next door Our cottage next door has 70 sqm, which are divided into 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining room and living area. There is room for 4 adults. (more people on request) The cottage was completely renovated in March 2023 and invites you to spend relaxing holidays in a quiet and beautiful village. Additional information It is possible to get travel beds and high chairs for babies on request. For your four-legged friends, we also offer dog beds if necessary. Please register a need here at an early stage. The private parking spaces are available free of charge. Each apartment has a separate fireplace, which not only provides a nice atmosphere in the evening. Pets are welcome here. (up to 2 dogs per apartment) Additional charges The price includes up to 16 people. Each additional person costs 25 euros per night extra (maximum 20 people). Children up to 2 stay free of charge. Sauna use: 60 Euros per stay up to 7 days The 4th bathroom is a sauna bath and can only be booked with a sauna. Bathtub (wood included) 130 Euros per stay up to 7 days If you stay longer than a week, it is possible to request a towel change after 7 days.
