The space Despite the premium location, the compound itself is lost among small alleys (no through traffic roads and local one-way roads are not wide enough for cars) where you will be stay without hearing exhausting noisy traffic. The apartments are located on the second floor and look at the roofs of traditional Balinese households, small roads, and trees. There is a private balcony with a view of the pool and its own small kitchen. High-speed wifi internet connection provided. Guest access There is a garage to park several motorbikes. The pool is shared (can be used by guests of other apartments). Other things to note Due to Bali's tropical climate and occasional unexpected heavy rains, the pool may sometimes change color within just a few hours. This can even happen overnight or shortly before check-in. If you face such a case, please let us know, and we will be happy to promptly assist with a treatment. The pool recovery process can take 4-48 hours, and we aim to restore your comfort as soon as possible. Our apartment is a great choice if you plan to visit Yoga Barn. The way to Yoga Barn will take only about 10 minutes of walking. We don't have a washing machine but for your information, there is a laundry next to the entrance - in front of the house on the left side. Occasionally, upon close examination, you can find bed sheets may have almost inconspicuous spots with slightly changed color. This is due to the local laundries using different chemicals, which may not always meet European quality standards. While we strive to provide you with the best experience possible, and we are actively working with our laundry partners to improve the quality of their services it still can be sometimes. If you encounter any issues regarding your bed sheets, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Even though Ubud is a world-popular tourist destination it's a village with its own century-old lifestyle and many households around have chickens. Be informed and don't be amused to hear chickens crows around, including earlier morning and daytime hours. Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can. In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice geckos. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the gecko symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the geckos in a house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about geckos and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the geckos (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
