This semi-detached house in Lagoon Ocean Resort is the perfect place to relax. Here you will find a beautiful pool with sun loungers, a shaded palapa and shower. The access of the resort is exclusive for guests and residents. A parking space for your car is provided free of charge. Just a few steps away you will find the stunning bay with sandy beach as well as a PADI dive center and 2 restaurants / bars with affordable prices. This place is one of the snorkel hotspots in Curacao. The space On the first floor is the open living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and cooking island and a large refrigerator with freezers. The kitchen equipment includes, among other things, a Senseo coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, kettle, stove with 4 hobs , oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery for 6 people, as well as champagne and wine glasses. In the living area there is a pull-out sofa bed (1.30m x 200 cm), a sideboard and a dining table suitable for 4 people. In the entrance area you will find the downstairs bathroom with hot water shower and toilet. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden and watch the diverse Caribbean birdlife. The Caribbean staircase leads you to the upper floor. There you will find the bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm), sideboard, TV and sitting chest where the additional airbed (140 x 200cm) is stored. In addition, there is a small room where you can store your clothes and suitcases. There is also a safe for safe storage of valuables. From the bedroom you have access to the large balcony with awning, garden furniture and barbecue. The two air conditioners (one downstairs and one upstairs) were renewed in April 2022. Guest access The gated resort allows you to stay safely as only guests and residents can enter the resort. The parking lot is also located in this closed area. The garden area as well as the pool area and the corresponding sun loungers, pool shower and the palapa can be used by all guests. Our house with terrace and balcony is of course only used by you. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, before you arrive, we will receive the code for the entrance gate and the code for the key box which is located at the front door.
