Comfortable and well-located house in Aracaju / SE.

Beautiful, comfortable and cozy house, located in front of the Residencial Porto Sul square in the Aruana neighborhood in Aracaju/SE, in the local shopping area (market, bakery, pharmacy, butcher shop and liquor store and entertainment stores), bars, snack bars, pizzerias, burger joints, very close to Aruana beach* and Shopping Praia Sul**; for your best accommodation, I provide 2 (two) parking spaces, all rooms have air conditioning and free access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. The space The house is located in the Aruana Neighborhood, within a 1-km radius of a market, bakery, pharmacy, butcher shop, warehouses, and all the local commerce in the region; it is 3 km from the beach (Trendy and Festive Bars - e.g. Ancora, Mar de Espenha, Paraíso do Baixinho, AABB and others) and 6 km from Orla de Atalaia (Passarela do Caranguejo - tourist attraction) and everything can be reached on foot (within a 3-km radius), by car (within a 3-km radius, with an estimated ride time of 10 minutes) or if you prefer, you can use Uber/99/other (at an approximate cost of R$ 10 to go to the beach or Orla). The region is quiet, the house is spacious and safe (electric fence and security cameras), making it a wonderful place to be with family and friends enjoying the tranquility and beaches of Aracaju/SE. IMPORTANT: I keep two old cars in the house and the barbecue can be used with prior notice but is not allowed for parties/events (other non-guests). Guest access All areas except the storage area located in the back of the house. Other things to note The house has 3 (three) air-conditioned bedrooms, 01 (one) suite with a double bed in a bunk bed with a single bed, 01 (one) with a double bed in a single bunk bed and 01 (one) with two single bunk beds, allowing 10 (ten) guests to be accommodated in beds; and, I provide 01 (one) sofa bed and 01 (one) inflatable mattress and 01 (one) hammock to expand to 12 (twelve) guests during the stay. ATTENTION: electricity will be charged separately, in the amount of R$2.00 (two reais) per kWh (consumption + taxes), upon payment via pix at the exit (check-out), according to art. 23, VIII of the Tenancy Law, if consumption exceeds 8kWh (eight kilowatts) per day of stay. Thus, after taking a photo of the energy meter at check-in and check-out to measure consumption, the difference between the consumption and the acceptable amount must be paid.
