Luxury Villa Morelli with seaview & heated pool

The dreamlike design of Villa Morelli will inspire you from the first moment you see it. The villa was furnished with great attention to detail, is an oasis of peace and only 10 minutes away from the sandy beaches. You enter the luxurious villa via the terrace with a covered lounge, heated pool (6m x 3,5m) and impressive views to the sea and dunes. Highspeed-WiFi, BBQ, books, games, Playstation 5, Netflix, international TV and table tennis are also included. The space On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one of them with a kingsize bed (180*200) , private bathroom and balcony with sea view. The second bedroom has a cozy queensize bed (140*200) and sea view. The third bedroom offers a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (140*200) and can also be used as an office. There is a TV in all bedrooms. A second, small bathroom can also be found on this level. Although there are two bathrooms, we believe that you will prefer to take a shower in the secluded outdoor-shower with sea views. The Italien kitchen is fully equipped and on the beautiful planted rear terrace you will find a BBQ. A washing machine is of course at your disposal. One of the highlights of the villa are the two living rooms, especially appreciated by parents who travel with their teenage-kids :-) While the children are enjoying themselves and try out all different games of the playstation, the parents can sit in the Lounge Area and relax. This way it will be a dream vacation for all members of the family. Guest access Our villa in situated in one of the best and most exclusive residential areas. The villa is the highest of 5 fully independent villas in a small, private community. That means that you have to respect the property and also the community. Therefore parties and playing loud music are strictly forbidden! You park your car in the covered parking lot, from there it is only a few steps to the entrance and to the elevator, which brings you comfortable directly to the villa. You can of course also take the stairs, but we guess you will prefer the elevator. Other things to note The beautiful sandy beaches of San Agustin are only 10 minutes away (you can walk easily to the beaches). Within walking distance you will find different restaurants, bars, a few supermarkets, paddle-tennis-courts, mini-golf and - in case you need it - a pharmacy and the very good private hospital Clinica Roca.
