Beach vacation at the Felsenmeer

I offer my 80 square meter top floor apartment with a separate entrance for rent. The apartment has its own balcony with seating and a great view of the small town of Webern. From here there are excellent hiking opportunities in the Geo-Nature Park Bergstrasse-Odenwald or in the nearby Felsenmeer. The space The generously furnished apartment for 5 people has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a wardrobe and a double bed made from pallets in DIY style, the beds can also be set up as single beds if desired. There are 2 single beds available in the same style in the children's room. There is also a cupboard full of board games and an audiobook collection with a CD player. Of course, fresh bed linen is part of the furnishing of all bedrooms. In the large living and dining area there is a sofa bed, a dining table for 5 people and a fireplace. In addition to a TV, there are also some books available for our guests. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Pots, pans, casserole dish, salad bowl, crockery, cutlery, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also an internet radio with which you can listen to your favorite station. The unusually designed daylight bathroom with a large rain shower is a real experience. The bathroom facilities include a toilet, fresh towels and a hair dryer. There is also an extra toilet available. Guest access There is free access to your own WiFi throughout the apartment. If required, a LAN connection with 500 Mbit/s can also be provided. In front of the house there is a parking lot for my guests. Access to the apartment is via a separate external staircase. Other things to note I would like my lovingly renovated apartment (2021) and the furnishings to be treated with care. If something breaks, please let me know as soon as possible. On the one hand, I can then take care of a replacement immediately, on the other hand, it would be a shame if it wasn't noticed until after you'd moved out.
