We warmly welcome you to Seepark Cox! The modern and attractive holiday home in Kessel am Niederrhein was completed in 2021. On a total of 60 m² are two bedrooms with TV, a living and dining room, a bathroom and a high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, oven and a fridge-freezer. We are family-friendly: A crib and a high chair are of course available, dogs are welcome in consultation. Other things to note The technical equipment is up to date: air conditioning, wifi, E-car(exclusive) and e-bike charging station, key safe key exchange, washing machine, dryer, outdoor and indoor blinds, and much more On the 440 m² large and fenced property there are two car parking spaces, a garden house, the covered south-facing terrace with barbecue area and parasol, as well as a large lawn with garden house adjacent to a pond. The house is in the middle of a young holiday settlement. Relaxing and attractive leisure facilities for young and old are located a short distance around the lake. GochNess Freizeitbad with an attractive sauna area is within walking distance of the countryside. By bicycle, you will experience the vastness of the Lower Rhine countryside along the Rhine, the refreshing air in the Reichswald and the German-Dutch border area. In no time, you can also reach the district town of Kleve, the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, the Dutch cities of Nijmegen and Arnhem or the cultural metropolises of the Ruhr area. There are numerous leisure activities in the area for children.
