This is the 2nd floor of a carriage house with a charming back yard, located 1 minute walk from historic 4th Avenue where you will find endless restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a grocery store (Tucson Food Coop) next door and a street car stop within a 1 minute walk. This location is also walking distance to Downtown Tucson and the UofA. You can see more recommendations on my guidebook!! The house is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The space This is the top floor of an historic carriage house with 1 bedroom, a living room (which includes a dining area, desk and 2 lounge chairs for watching TV), full kitchen and restroom. The space includes a full size closet, washer dryer and hi speed internet. It is available for longer term stays. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire loft and backyard. Other things to note There is a street fair twice a year (December 12-142025 and March 20-22 2026 during this time our street gets closed and you will have to park somewhere else around the neighborhood! Also March 8 2026 there is a Pet Parade from 8:00 am - 2:00 PM and the street will be closed as well during that time!
