The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.   The apartment is approx. 40 m² and consists of a cosy living-kitchen area with adjoining terrace, a bathroom and a living-bedroom with a protected balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your holiday utensils. The sofa offers another comfortable sleeping space for two teenagers. A foldable baby cot is also available. From the bedroom, you can access the cosy and sheltered balcony overlooking the courtyard.   The apartment has a free telephone for the German landline area. The open kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the villa Sonnenschein next door. The bathroom is completely in marble and is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and more. Lots of greenery adorns the surroundings of the house. On the south-west terrace, every ray of sunshine can be captured until sunset. The terrace is particularly sheltered and invites you to linger even on cooler sunny days. On particularly hot days, a generous parasol provides shade for a table and 3 garden chairs. In addition, a sun lounger with comfortable cushions from the terrace chest is ready for you. Two bicycles belonging to the apartment can be used during the stay. Driving ability and road safety must be ensured by the guest himself. With a swimsuit and towel over your shoulder, you can reach the sea for a morning swim in just 200 m.
