The interiors are welcoming and well designed, perfect for a relaxing stay surrounded by the beauty of the lake and mountains. The two floors are connected by an elegant spiral staircase. On the first level you will find the living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, the double bedroom and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The upper level features a second sleeping area with two single beds, a second bathroom with shower and washing machine, and above all a beautiful covered panoramic terrace. From here guests can enjoy a charming view over the rooftops of Colonno, the village church and Lake Como. It is the perfect place for breakfast outdoors or relaxing evenings at sunset. The apartment includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A private parking space is also available in the nearby covered parking garage (autosilo); the space is very large and allows comfortable parking. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment from the entrance door onward, allowing them to fully enjoy the privacy and comfort of the home. The outdoor spaces are intended to appreciate the view and the atmosphere of the surroundings; therefore they should not be used for leaving waste. Guests are kindly asked to use the common areas in a respectful and appropriate manner. Early or late check-in must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
