There is a petting zoo close to the house called Auroras little bitty petting zoo, all kinds of beautiful animals to see. Take a left out of the driveway, then take first right , and the petting zoo will be to your left , knock on the front door to see the beautiful animals. Matagorda beach is only forty five minutes away or you can fish on the river here in Wharton on the Colorado River.
