Smaltovňa Lofts

The Lofty enamel factory is a renovated historic building that has come to life again and started to serve its surroundings. At the turn of the 19th and in the first half of the 20th century, Rakottya's enamel factory was a significant producer in the region and throughout Austria-Hungary. Enamel dishes with the lion emblem were exported throughout Europe. It was important for its city in two respects. On the one hand, as an object that completed the panorama, and on the other hand, as a leading employer employing more than 1,000 workers.
