Other things to note Please consider the following important details before booking to ensure a comfortable stay: Guest Capacity: We accommodate up to 4 guests, including children 10 years and older with accompanying adults. The rate includes 2 guests, with additional charges for the 3rd and 4th. Non-registered guests, visitors, and parties are NOT allowed. Parking: Parking is not included in the reservation, contact us in advance if you need, so we can assist. Parking space is subject to availability with an additional fee. View: Our apartment windows face the backside of the mall, so there isn't a scenic view from the unit. However, a quick walk outside the main gate will reward you with a full view of the beautiful sea! No Daily Housekeeping: This is a privately managed unit, not a hotel. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change service. Construction Notice: Marina Spatial is still completing nearby units and mall development. Construction noise may occur from 8 AM to 5 PM, which could disrupt daytime rest. Security Checks: For safety, all visitors are checked by security personnel at the gate.
