High ceilings make the open space large and inviting. The breathtaking view out the south facing windows is magnificent. The living room has comfortable furniture and handy tables. The Smart TV has all the apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, on-line gaming, or any other service you could want. The wifi is high speed and reliable! We always switch our phones to wifi calling - your phone calls home will be free if you do the same! The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is plenty of counter space. The view out the window is stunning! Equipped with dishes, pots and pans, even a big lobster pot if you’re lucky enough to be on the island during lobster season! We have good fresh water so you don’t need to worry about bottled water during your stay. There is a washer/dryer for your personal use. We provide 3 sets of bamboo sheets for both beds (and the pullout sofa bed in the living room). You don’t have to wash these - we provide that service - but you are free to use fresh linens anytime. We also provide a large number of Turkish cotton towels. The bedrooms are large and roomy with large closets and a dresser for your use. The north facing windows from the bedrooms have a view of the beautiful rugged towering bluff. The best part of the house is the porch where you can put your feet up and watch the waves, the stars, distant storms on the horizon. Booby birds swoop past and like the leaning palm tree. The house is on the beach! Enjoy! You have access to all of the house. At Southern Exposure, you will have the secluded island getaway you are looking for! Half a mile in either direction, you are back to civilization and all the conveniences you may need. The public beach is on the south side, just down the road from the house. There is a beautiful outdoor yoga retreat on the south side as well - run by our friend Angel. She runs the rock climbing adventures on the island too. There are numerous grocery stores and restaurants just a few miles away. The island is small, so it’s easy to get anywhere. There are numerous caves to explore, hiking and nature trails on the bluff, a parrot reserve, and so many amazing dive sites! Great spots for snorkelling too! We recommend renting a car during your stay (we drive on the left in the Brac). You can also rent a bike or a scooter! We can help with the car rental - and the rental agency staff can pick you up when you arrive and take you to the house so you won’t have to find it on your own.
