Haus in Blankenese

We are happy to leave the remise next to our main house to guests (max 4 people) who are looking for proximity to the city and appreciate the tranquility of the safe property. Here you can sleep at night with the window open and be awakened in the morning by birdsong. Good bus/S-Bahn connections, beautiful cycling and hiking routes connect the cultural life of the big city with the rural tranquility of the Elbe suburb. Blankenese with its market, cafés, restaurants, "Treppenviertel" and Elbe beach are easily accessible. The space The entire annex is available to our guests: on the ground floor is the large living room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen with a large dining table and the shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a toilet with sink (according to Airbnb rules, the house is designated with 1.5 bathrooms). The stairs are a bit steep for frail people and small children. Upstairs there is a child safety gate. On the ground floor, in the anteroom to the bathroom, there is a washer-dryer. Bicycles can be parked in the garden / shed Please do not use the sofas in the living room as beds. Bringing pets is not allowed, as is smoking inside the rooms, so that they are still suitable for allergy sufferers. Guest access The guests have use of the entire house. It is designed for a maximum of 4 guests (including children). Additional persons only by prior individual arrangement. The rear part of the large garden can be shared by arrangement (but is not part of the rented property). There is a small iron table with four chairs, which guests can also use in the warm season by arrangement, as well as the sandpit Other things to note Two dogs live with us on the large property, who are very friendly to guests when they have been introduced to each other.
