Haus in Blankenese

We are happy to leave the residence next to our main house to guests (max 4 people) who are looking for proximity to the city and appreciate the tranquility on the secure property. Here they can sleep at night with the window open and are awakened in the morning by birdsong. Good bus/S-Bahn connections, beautiful cycling and hiking routes combine the cultural aspects of the big city with the rural tranquility of the Elbe suburb. Blankenese with market, cafes, restaurants, "stairwell" and Elbstrand are easy to reach. The space The entire annex is available to our guests: on the ground floor is the large living room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen with a large dining table and the shower room. Upstairs two bedrooms and a toilet with sink (according to Airbnb rules, the house is designated with 1.5 bathrooms). Stairs is a bit steep for frail people and young children. There is a child protection gate upstairs. On the ground floor, in the entrance to the bathroom, there is a washer-dryer. Wheels can be parked in the garden /shed Please do not use the sofas in the living room as beds. Pets are not allowed, as is smoking inside the rooms, so that they are still suitable for allergy sufferers. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. It is for a maximum of 4 guests (children included). Other people only by prior, individual arrangement. The back part of the large garden can be used by arrangement (but not part of the rented property). There is a small iron table with four chairs, which guests can also use in the warm season by arrangement, as well as the sandbox Other things to note With us live two dogs on the large property, which are very friendly to guests when they have been introduced to each other.
